Together with the TBDesign studio team, we developed the design of our apartment. Initially, we didn't really understand what we wanted and couldn't formulate it on our own. We were very lucky to have a personal manager; Anastasia helped with the visual "formulations" and as a result, we very clearly spelled out the real TOR for each room with references that the whole family chose.The project itself was done in great detail, and before the visualizations, the designer made collages for us so that we could make sure that we were understood and that we were moving in the right direction. 

Everything went smoothly and smoothly with the work on the project. At the exit, we received a detailed design project with a well-thought-out planning solution, visualizations, drawings and estimates, which took into account everything, including textiles. After getting 3d visualization, we literally fell in love)) It was our dream to get into our future apartment in this form.

We decided to go into implementation with the same team: construction, author supervision and procurement. Everything was done exactly according to the project and within the designated budget.

We really wanted the house to be beautiful and cozy, which would be comfortable for both our family and guests.
All the work, from the development of the planning solution to the procurement, was carried out by a professional and friendly team.
All our wishes were taken into account when developing the planning solution, all the pictures from our references were embodied in visualizations, and then accurately implemented.

The TB Design team developed the design project of our apartment and fully supervised its implementation, right down to the spot decoration.
We are very satisfied with both the work process and the result. We have been living in the apartment for a year and a half, the impression has not changed. The apartment turned out to be not only beautiful, but also fully adapted for a comfortable life.

Nina and TB Design are able to listen to customer requests and select solutions and positions based on needs and quality requirements. It is also impressive that lesser-known manufacturers have been checked for complaints, and suppliers and contractors have always been verified.
The company knows how to make not only a "beautiful picture", but also knows all the technical nuances and pitfalls: Nina clearly explained the pros and cons of different solutions, so along the way we made adjustments to the design project itself, which significantly improve the ergonomics of the interior and allow us to save a little money.
In addition, in a difficult market situation, the company was able to purchase goods for us that were almost impossible to find, which is amazing. All purchases were necessarily checked for defects.
Well, it is impossible not to note the incredible level of communication with contractors, Nina deftly and clearly connected all supplies and work, making sure that there was no downtime in the repair, she was able to negotiate with the craftsmen in their language. It was also possible without competent supervision by contractors, for example, when ordering furniture, when it was necessary to check all the drawings and adjust them so as to get an aesthetic solution at the output, which at the same time provides for all the nuances like ventilation for the equipment — we would not have been able to do it ourselves.

In short, working with TB Design, you can be sure that the repair will look as impressive as in the pictures, its quality will be at the highest level, and the process itself will be as clear as possible and require minimal customer involvement. We contacted TV.Design in early 2020. We had a new apartment in the Life-Kutuzovsky residential complex without finishing, with concrete walls. The task is to create a project and make a turnkey repair. Family - husband, wife, little daughter. So, we need a bedroom and a nursery. There was also a need for a guest room for the eldest son with an office function. There are also two bathrooms, a laundry room, a spacious kitchen-dining room with an adjoining living area, but with the possibility of separation. Library. The restrictions were on the area of the apartment - 110 sq.m. We saw the future apartment in light shades, laconic design. At the sketching stage, the designers listened to all our wishes and successfully combined the interests of her husband, who tended more towards loft style and dark surfaces (such as the toilet and shower, which we called "men's"), and his wife and daughter (botanical motifs, delicate pastel colors) in one space. The studio not only developed the project, but also carried out all repairs, purchased materials, drew and made furniture. There was one difficult moment with the supplier, we suffered financial losses. But we were generally satisfied with the studio's work.

I am a student, and in April of this year I moved into an apartment designed and supervised by Tatiana. Last week, TB Design handed over the house to us after a rapid, sparkling, dizzying renovation! We were familiar with Tatiana's work from the Dmitrovskaya Dacha project and understood that we wanted to do repairs only with this team of young, creative, energetic, tireless specialists! Unexpectedly, I found myself the happy owner of an apartment in a nearby castle. And then it dawned on me that before moving there, I would have to make repairs in a concrete box with a load-bearing layout and columns in the most unexpected places. Being a single career-woman without a car (but with a cat and a busy work schedule), for the first month I just cried and searched Google with queries like "how to start repairs so that it would be beautiful, fast and inexpensive." Seeing my suffering, my friend advised me to turn to Tatiana. And Tanya just saved me. A very successful step-by-step approach, where we discussed and approved the layout first, then the design of everything and everything. The apartment is narrow with windows at the ends, and Tanya suggested a cool layout solution with internal storage rooms. Most of the supporting columns were hidden with imagination, and the remaining ones were perfectly decorated with niches and lockers. The interior turned out to be wonderful, minimalistic and very cozy. Tanya generally has excellent taste and many original and individual solutions. I moved in about 4 months ago, but I still go and stroke the clinker tiles on the balcony and the mosaic in the bathroom, watch the wallpaper shine beautifully in the side lights and the facades of the kitchen (my favorite green color!) shine. I have a lot of equipment and I don't have an extension cord anywhere, because there are sockets in every corner. Of course, there were minor issues, but they were quickly resolved. Supervision at the facility was also very relevant. In addition, Tanya has her own good and trusted suppliers who give discounts relative to the market value. I figured that if I took time off at my own expense and had fun with the planning and repairs myself, I would lose more money and I would make a mess of it... So I got what I really wanted: a very beautiful renovation quickly and for reasonable money.

Tatiana did a design project for our family, supervised and helped with the installation, as well as designed the built-in furniture, kitchen and bathroom cabinet. My husband and I really enjoyed working with Tatiana. Tatiana is full of enthusiasm, she has a fresh look, and we agreed with her in our willingness to actively use color (beige interior is not our topic right now). We needed to make comfortable housing out of grandpa's stalinka, and Tatiana has a lot of experience working with such apartments and a well-developed set of techniques. She carefully considered all our wishes and perfectly matched the harmonious colors, found restorers for grandfather's furniture (dining table and chairs). As a result, from the standard layout of Stalinka (several rooms along a long corridor, a sad separate bathroom a la stone sack and a modest kitchen), we got everything: the parents' bedroom with a dressing room and a laundry room, a children's room with a dressing room, a sunny kitchen, a shower room with a toilet, a bathroom with a toilet, my husband's office, a fairly spacious living room, several storage areas and a spectacular hallway. When I tell my friends about the repair experience and list the names of the zones, they ask me how many rooms we have and what area :) The terms and cost of the services were clearly fixed in the contract. The design project in August-September 2016 cost 100-120 thousand rubles, the repair costs currently amounted to 3.5 million (rough, finishing, custom-made kitchen and part of the built-in furniture according to Tatiana's sketches). We have already moved into the apartment and are currently in the process of decorating (lamps, curtains, furniture, etc.)

Tatiana did the redevelopment project for us, the apartment design, supervised the correctness of the construction work (author's supervision) and at the same time did a lot of additional work.
 I really liked the initially scrupulous approach, if a work plan, then with a list of works and a schedule, if a cost estimate, then an estimate divided into premises and construction stages, i.e. detailed and careful study everywhere.
 We spent a lot of time together defining what we like and what we don't like. We couldn't formulate it clearly ourselves, and Tatiana brought many collections of photographs of apartments and objects in different styles and colors, and we collectively chose what we liked. 
 Following all the discussions and after reviewing several options, we agreed on the layout and design of all the rooms. And we received from Tatiana a complete apartment project with all the necessary plans: floors, ceilings, electrics, lighting, tile layouts on walls and floors, all with dimensions and comments. 
 After the start of construction, Tatiana strictly monitored the builders so that they strictly followed the project, and she was always at the construction site twice a week. If there were any technical issues (for example, they put full-fledged glazing on the balcony, it was necessary to strengthen the balcony), then I found an expert in the right field and offered solutions that were not expected from the designer at all. 
 That is, there has always been a feeling that Tatiana cares and she feels responsible not only for the design, but also for the implementation of the entire project.
 
 We are very pleased with the result, and we would never have come up with many of the solutions that Tatiana suggested. And some, as it seemed to us, "controversial" design solutions eventually turned out to be the best decorations of the apartment.
 There have never been delays in the timing of design or other work, everything is timely and in a format that is convenient for us (we preferred email and meetings).
 
 We highly recommend Tatiana to all our friends, and if we decide to make new repairs ourselves in the future, we definitely won't have a question about choosing a designer.
